Fantastic Location with Great Amenities

I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It offered many options, including an omelet station. I particularly appreciated the $30 daily credit for The Heist bar and restaurant. The drinks and food at this hotel were surprisingly good.
It took a while to go up and down, especially during peak hours.

the staff were helpful. the location was pretty central, and very close to times square. the breakfast each morning was also tasty and had great variety.
the bar is tiny and right beside the front doors AND check-in, very overcrowded because you have to pay a fee that you get back in credit to spend at the bar. the pictures showed a terrace.

Excellent Location and City Views

The hotel's location was fantastic and close to many attractions. I particularly appreciated the afternoon snacks and the evening drinks (the cocktails were a pleasant surprise!). Our room on the 30th floor gave us great views of the city skyline.
The thermostat in our room was difficult to regulate. It would fluctuate significantly between 75 degrees and 65 degrees.

The breakfast staff, Kevin and Mauricio, provided excellent service. They were always helpful and kind each morning. I found the staff at the lobby bar to be friendly and helpful. They worked hard to ensure all guests were well taken care of.

The gym was well-equipped with various machines and weights. I noticed a rooftop cinema, though I did not have the opportunity to use it (I wish I had more time!).

Our room had a generous size and it was very clean upon arrival. I was very happy with the comfortable pillows and bedding. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control.

The hotel location was ideal. It allowed easy walks to many popular spots. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided complimentary drinks each day. The breakfast surprised me because other hotels usually do not offer that deal.
This situation caused delays when trying to go up or down.
